I enjoy doing a lot of things during my free time such as listening to music, watching movies and walking. Among them, I like walking most because of several reasons.
Firstly, it is a cheap leisure activity that almost everyone can do. The only thing you need to buy is a good pair of trainers. Secondly, it is great to go for a walk with your friends or partner in the early morning or late afternoon when you can enjoy the fresh air and have interesting conversations at the same time. It really helps not only to relax but also to improve your health.
I first took up the activity when a friend of mine living in the same neighbourhood asked me to go with her. At that time, we went for a walk for almost everyday except rainy days. After one month, I felt really healthier and rarely did I get ill. Now my husband and I go for a walk together every early morning in the park near my house.
Walking is really easy to take up and I think it is suitable for people of all ages, especially those who live near the park or spacious area for walking.
Trong thời gian rảnh rỗi tôi thích nhiều thứ như nghe nhạc, xem phim và đi bộ. Trong đó, tôi thích đi bộ nhất vì những lí do sau.
Đầu tiên, đây là một hoạt động giải trí rẻ tiền mà hầu như tất cả mọi người có thể thực hiện. Bạn chỉ cần mua một đôi giầy thể thao tốt. Thứ hai, đi bộ cùng bạn bè hoặc chồng/vợ vào buổi sáng hoặc buổi chiều thì thật tuyệt, cùng hít thở không khí trong lành và trò chuyện vui vẻ. Đi bộ thực sự giúp thư giãn và tăng cường sức khỏe.
Tôi bắt đầu đi bộ khi một người bạn của tôi sống cùng khu rủ tôi đi cùng. Lúc đó, ngày nào chúng tôi cũng đi bộ trừ ngày mưa. Sau một tháng, tôi thực sự thấy khỏe hơn và rất ít khi bị ốm. Bây giờ hai vợ chồng tôi thường hay đi bộ vào buổi sáng sớm trong công viên gần nhà.
Đi bộ rất dễ thực hiện và tôi nghĩ nó phù hợp với mọi lứa tuổi, đặc biệt những người sống gần công viên hoặc khu vực rộng rãi.

One of my hobbies is photography. I’ve got two digital cameras: one small pocket-sized camera that I carry around with me, and one bigger, more expensive camera that I use on special occasions. I take photos so that I have a record of the things I’ve seen or done. Most of my photos are of friends and family, but I also take pictures of interesting things that I see
I like photography because it’s a creative hobby and it makes you notice the world around you. I love capturing special moments or unusual or beautiful images, and it’s a great feeling to be able to look back through my pictures and relive different experiences.
The last time I took photos on a special occasion was at my friend’s wedding a few weeks ago. I got some great pictures of the bride and groom and their guests celebrating. After the wedding I made an album of all the best pictures and sent it to my friend as a present.
