MY FAVOURITE SEASON
As for many people, Autumn is their favourite season because of the cool weather. I, however, like Summer the most because of the following reasons.
Firstly, Summer is when I can go to the beach with my family. It is time when my children have a month or two off school, so we often organize a family trip together. This is a great opportunity for the whole family to relax after hard working learning or working hours. Furthermore, it helps the whole family to be closer with each other.
The second reason why I like Summer is that I can do my favourite sport. I really enjoy swimming and always look forward to the Summer to go swimming in the swimming pool or in the sea when we are on holiday to the beach. Besides, it is time when there is a lot of my favourite food such as ice cream and chè which is a traditional Vietnamese food made from sweet stewed beans. There is more fruit in the Summer than in other seasons as well and some of my favourite Summer fruit are Jackfruit, custard apples, longan and lychee.
Finally, I like the Summer because of its frequently sunny and windy weather. I know that some people in Vietnam are very afraid of the sun because it burns their skin. However, I can stand the heat provided that I cover myself when I am out in the sun. The bright and blue sky often makes me in a good mood. I feel better on those days in the Summer than in other seasons.
In short, Summer is the best season that I always look forward to. I just can’t wait to to think about swimming in the sea in Nha Trang with my family next Summer.
Nhiều người thích mùa thu vì thời thiết mát mẻ. Tuy nhiên, tôi lại thích mùa Hè nhất vì những lí do sau.
Thứ nhất, tôi có thể đi biển với gia đình vào mùa Hè. Đó là khoảng thời gian các con tôi được nghỉ một hoặc hai tháng hè, vì vậy chúng tôi mới tổ chức một chuyến nghỉ cho cả gia đình. Đây là cơ hội tuyệt vời cho cả nhà thư giãn sau thời gian làm việc học tập vất vả. Hơn nữa, nó giúp cả gia đình gần gũi nhau hơn.
Lí do thứ hai, tôi có thể chơi môn thể thao ưa thích. Tôi rất thích bơi và thường mong đến mùa hè để đi bơi ở bể bơi hoặc bơi ngoài biển khi gia đình đi du lịch. Bên cạnh đó, mùa Hè cũng có nhiều món ngon mà tôi thích như kem, chè – một món ăn truyền thống của Việt Nam, được nấu từ đậu. Mùa hè cũng có nhiều hoa quả hơn các mùa khác. Tôi thích ăn mít, na, nhãn và vải.
Cuối cùng, tôi thích mùa hè vì thời tiết thường có nắng và gió. Tôi biết có một số người Việt Nam rất sợ trời nắng vì sợ cháy da. Tuy nhiên, tôi có thể chịu được nóng miễn là tôi mặc kín khi ra ngoài. Bầu trời quang xanh thường khiến tâm trạng tôi vui vẻ. Vào mùa hè tôi cảm thấy tốt hơn các mùa khác.
Tóm lại, mùa hè là mùa đẹp nhất mà tôi luôn chờ đợi. Tôi không khỏi hồi hộp khi nghĩ đến được đi bơi ở biển Nha Trang với gia đình tôi vào mùa hè năm sau.
